Pros
Wonderful staff in every department. Most everyone has buy-in, accountability is expected and regarded. High standards of self conduct and coworkers are a must, that's why the system works so well. Best facility I've ever worked for in my 20 years. If you have strong work and life ethics and morals, then this is an employer for you.
Cons
The overhaul to the SRT department shouldn't have been such a shock to us faithful and devoted nurses. More communication and forewarning of the changes should have been priority in keeping good relations .
