Business Outlook
Pros
Top notch leadership from upper management. They really seem to care about their employees and work well with the staff to provide excellent patient care. We got a raise and/or a bonus every year even throughout the "bad" economy. Patient care is very clearly the top priority. Personalized and high quality care with the feel of a "small town" hospital.
Cons
Unfortunately the times of great pensions and above average benefits are gone. They try their best to make sure their employees are well taken care of but have had to give in in a few small ways so that the budget makes sense economically. Still, employee insurance is somewhat affordable and PTO accrual rate is not bad.
