      Pros

      Hard to come up with too many pros. Lower level staff try really hard to maintain high level quality care.

      Cons

      Here at Rex we've moved our focus away from quality care and focus solely on budget. While i understand why management has done it, its still sad that people aren't recieveing the care that they deserve.

      Pros

      Pay is great. Employee's are great people and very hard workers.

      Cons

      When you eliminate a position due to a merger and your HR department does nothing to help place the loyal employee some place else.

      Pros

      Very caring and friendly management and staff. The environment at Rex is one that is supportive and strives to be healthy.

      Cons

      Huge transitional period with Epic and UNC merge. There is a lot of confusion in healthcare now and Rex is struggling with aligning itself with UNC and the chaos of the intorduction of Epic and new healthcare laws.
