      Office is in Addison area

      Cons

      Unorganized company, no yearly merit increases (they are every 2 years IF you are top tier employee).Management is clueless and doesn't know how to treat their employees. There is no true leader. Micro-managing at its finest here. Employee moral is at an all time low (recent internal surveys show that). Top talent is now gone from Rexel.

      Walking distance to great Addison food.

      No communication! No processes! HR is a joke, if you call they never solve your problems.

      The benefits were decent at Rexel. The location was central.

      Cons

      There was a severe lack of communication and expectations. Policies changed on a whim and were never communicated well.
