      Pros

      You get a steady paycheck.

      Cons

      -You are not valued as an employee -Turnover is excessively high at the corporate level -There is no incentive to do your best...even if you do, don't expect to be rewarded -The company is only concerned with their bottom line and not the employees that support in meeting that bottom line.

      Stressful and Confusing

      Pros

      Most staff employees are nice to work and want to do their jobs well. Good benefits package with the exception of use it or loose it by year end vacation policy.

      Cons

      Poor communication from managers and between departments is widespread. Poor/no training. The work environment is confusing and dysfunctional. VERY unrealistic workloads dumped on staff. Terrible managers - too many don't know what they are doing; some have no clue what how to manage people; some micro manage their staff death leading to even more inefficiency. Low employee moral and high frustration. I would not recommend Rexel to anyone.

      Pros

      Flexible work from home in some areas of the company. The people are nice and try their best despite management.

      Cons

      The business has been in a downward spiral for a few years. Management seems to think that they can cut their way out of this by doing layoffs and other cuts for the past few years. It hasn't worked so far and won't.
