Pros

Salary and company car, meager benefits, some great co-workers and managers (very few.) Nice to not have to be around managers all the time.

Cons

Terrible work/life balance, constant reports, time wasting approach to sales, micro-managing, in-fighting amongst teams, loads of lies and misdirection in a so-called transparent company. Main office and company's original spirit and ethics are a shell of what they once were. No support from RJRT since they eliminated the HR and legal departments. Favoritism, attitude, disconnect, and inexperience from managers.
