      Not hard work, just need to stay organized and plan well. Well compensated for work that you do.

      Tobacco industry will continue to consolidate sales force due to declining industry and need to cut expenses.

      company car, base salary, benefits, work out of home, flexibility Great job to get your feet wet in corporate America

      Cons

      work-life balance is good but if you want to move up within the company, you need to put in more time after your job is complete for the day. Bonus structure makes no sense and has decreased every year.

      Benefits are good, pay is good, office is beautiful, co-workers at my level are great.

      Cons

      Since 2007 this company has gone downhill since RJRT has come thru the doors. The transition of duties and jobs to RJRT in North Carolina have left many people that made this company what it is today without jobs. It is all about the all mighty dollar and trying to bring Marlboro down. There is a tremendous amount of favoritism, and if you are in the right crowd, you will do nothing wrong, get good raises, take long lunches, and basically come and go as you please on work hours.
