Pros

R&R is a very stable company. The vast majority of associates WANT to work here and as a result we have generally positive morale and team cohesion. Resources for improvement and growth are available to all. Directors and VPs are trained to have succession plans and actively train/groom future leaders (walk the walk, not just talk about it).

Cons

As a continent spanning company, and transnational, we have some pay related rules which don't make sense. California and Quebec standout as example locations which command higher base salary than New Mexico or Alberta.

West area market was and still is a strong region

Cons

New management team that came in earlier this year is digressing all positive changes that have happened over the past 5 years. This includes inflexibility with customers, micromanaging, and management that is disconnected from market dynamics and pressures
