Cons
A company of 6000 employees that has no HR department. Think about that. Ole Bob think's they cause more trouble than they do help, so he just doesn't have one. What do they do instead? Have all supervisors and up attend a one hour training session that's supposed to teach them to deal with issues that other people make careers out of. If you've ever had an issue with this company, it probably started here, because you're supervisor/manager wasn't equipped to deal with the situation. Why else should you avoid this company? Barely anything you learn here will have real world applications. They use their own proprietary software for everything, so unless you leave to go work at a dealership that uses their software, its useless. Management and supervisors are taught to micro-manage to the extreme, salary increases were consistently in the 1-1.5% range while I was there almost a decade. They waste time with meetings to discuss inane management fluff and feel good stories.
