      Pros

      I made really great friendships when working at Rey Rey.

      Cons

      The pay is entry level and they are extremely tight with raises. Our manager showed favoritism to several individuals and it was not fair to the rest of the department. If he liked you, you got away with being away from your desk more and not pulling your weight, but if he didn't, they would literally search for a reason to fire you. I actually was one of those favorites for a while and it was fun while it lasted. There was a lot shadiness going on, which is probably why the department had to change it's name and "re brand" it self

      Pros

      -easy to hire on -most jobs don't require much thought -people can be fun to work with -twice yearly reviews and raises -convenient location -easy work -$8.50/hour if you work 20+ hours a week, $7.50/hour if you work 15+hours a week

      Cons

      -more often than not there is no work to do -when there is no work to do employees are extremely bored -white walls with minimal Windows and no pictures or posters of any kind -no internet access -no music allowed -no cell phones allowed -no concept of work life/personal life balance

      Pros

      Decent place to work for an entry-level position; can gain quite a bit of experience. Has some nice perks, like an on-site cafeteria, decent 401K matching, and various social activities outside work, many of which are company-sponsored. The basic benefits package can come at no cost to you if you're low-maintenance. For some people, it's a fine job, and might be just what they're looking for.

      Cons

      Management is hit-or-miss; some of them are great and some of them are terrible, and you don't know which you'll wind up with. Company is vertical and hierarchical, and frequently exhibits: - The good ol' boy network - Bottom line is more important than the welfare of the employees - Information only on a need-to-know basis
