      I found it to be a great experience. Opportunities to grow and learn new things are there. Very team oriented environment.

      Pros

      Mr. Brockman makes sound business decisions - they may not always be the most popular decisions but in the end are the best for the people working at the company. Reynolds is adding new solutions to make it a one stop shop for car dealers which means there is a lot to offer, sell (more $) and be considered the place to go to. Reynolds has long been considered to others outside the industry to have the best sales training program out there. Good sales professionals that leave Reynolds should be able to have a lot of opportunity!

      Cons

      The auto industry as a whole is struggling in this economy so it can be depressing to work for a company that supports this industry. However, things should turn around and when they do, this is by far the best company to work for in the dealer management sector. Another downside is there are not a lot of positions to move up in the company.
