      Hardwork is rewarded and technology is best in industry for car dealers to run their busines effectively. Company is very financially stable and loyal to hardworking employees.

      Company culture can be very black and white.

      Pros

      A reputable company you can be proud to claim as your employer. Good perks at the HQ facility. Excellent people that you work with.

      Cons

      Negative attitudes toward the CEO from 'veterans' who went through the merger. Compensation isn't as high as I would have liked.
