NOT ONE DARN THING (which is so disappointing)!!

Cons

Too much water cooler talking!! Expecting you to do the impossible even when you give it your all (train yourself, number of processing that will NOT happen especially with a slow system. Only the CLIQUE shall survive. Poor management (unprofessional, gossip, attitude and loud).

Strictly focused on planning with implementation responsibilities handed-off to plant Operations / Production to manage implementation and launch. Very little involvement to no responsibility for NPI after hand-off. Only required to act in a consulting role when plan does not function in actual production environment.

Cons

Getting Operations / Production to fully implement Quality plans. Each plant wants to implement in their desired manner rather than as a standardized system.
