Some very sharp colleagues and nice office space.

Cons

Everything else! Management is not supportive and lacks proper training to ensure that all associates are on track so that they can be highly productive. Rheem has been the most unprofessional work environment that I have ever experienced. Thank goodness I was a "short-timer" and was able to move on to a very professional company.

Terrible place to work

Pros

Healthcare was decent. Pay was ok. If you value your happiness and sanity, don't work here. There are no pros.

Cons

This plant was the most mismanaged place I have ever seen. None of their reporting is correct because no one in the plant reports anything correctly. They have no idea how much inventory they have or where it is. Most people have worked here for decades so they can get away with anything. No one respects authority, and that includes non-plant workers such as the purchasers, receivers, supervisors, etc. this place is a mess, I can't believe they are still in business. No one knew how to use their software. There would be days where numerous water heaters were made, but no one put it in the system, so according to reports none were made that day....even though they were physically made. The people are rude and hateful.
