Cons

Lay-offs are frequent. Hiring and firing is on a constant cycle. Poor leadership all the way from the top.

- Great colleagues - Flexible work environment - Opportunities to wear multiple hats

Cons

- Stay clear of Federal sector of the business. As other reviews have stated, Rho really likes to emphasize everything is done the "Rho" way. Even if you have other experience to bring to the table, they don't care. It is a bullying mentality. Federal sector individuals are also very condescending. - Pay is VERY low compared to industry standards. - Lack of innovative applications due to smaller CROs which leads to you working longer hours to perform basic job function. - Lack of mentorship program and dedicated managers. Everyone is overworked at Rho where there is no dedicated time to professional development. -

The benefits were decent but that is all.

Cons

Management is very open to and willing to use you as a scape goat for their own faults when dealing with sponsor. They ask questions but only want "yes, ill get that done" as a response. Often worked over time but was never given OT pay. They preach a good work environment but they'll burn you out and toss you to the side without a care.
