      Pros

      As a GRA, people are more than willing to help and answer any questions they can. There is a great collaborative work atmosphere, with everyone having an open door policy. As a company they offer great perks, such as weekly massages, company events, concierge service, and bringing food trucks to campus. The work schedule is very flexible which is great as a student. Overall a great taste of working in a real company (not academic based).

      Pros

      good bonuses, flexible hours, lots of training opportunities, great corporate culture, emphasis on hiring and retaining quality employees, executives are open to feedback, fun all-company events, offer things like book groups, yoga, and massages on site. Generally, people work very hard but reap the benefits.

      There were no cons that stood out for me.

      Pros

      Low to no layoff strategy, casual work environment with skilled and highly motivated staff. Approachable CEOs who actually care about their employees, profit share, yearly bonus, an overall great place to work. Rho is a great place to get your feet wet in the industry and they are always looking for fresh, young talent.

      Cons

      Low turnover which is great, however it also limits job growth in some departments. Employees once a month, which can be a bit challenging.
