Pros

The Owner/CEO of the company is a very smart man and mentor

Cons

management running the departments is terrible. Under-educated, sexist, not experienced in management, an utter embarrassment especially when having to introduce them to customers. no customer relationship system no career advancement, no matter how hard you work and prove yourself no commission structure, making employees very comfortable in their positions in which they do nothing no option to work from home or even on the road for sales professionals travel schedule is insane!

Pros

Decent starting wage. Health benefits. Small yearly bonuses.

Cons

The workplace and employees can be unprofessional at times. Some sketchy employees. You can’t trust your coworkers and managers. Be wary of your coworkers because someone is always complaining about something or someone to management. The managers are always looking for reasons to fire someone. They have fired some people who have been there for years because a manager decided they didn’t want them there anymore. They are not nice to new employees and the place is cliquey. The company operations and some of the people were still stuck in the 80’s. It takes a couple of years to get promoted. While I was there, they kept track of how many times you were logged off your phones and printed out your phone log and you had to write down the reasons why you were off the phones. It felt like they were trying to micromanage their employees. I emphasize on the don’t trust your managers because they are not your friends.
