Pros

Friendly/family environment. BBQs in the summer. Toys.

Cons

No room for growth. Old processes. No work from home. Never closes during horrible snow storms. Vacation/sick time policy is bad. Cant wear jeans, even on Friday’s!

they have coffee available all the time

Cons

Managers need to be educated on how to be managers, they do not respect their employees. They are really old school. Employees are not happy and act like robots. not a friendly environment to be in. No growth opportunity, they rather hire someone from the outside then give someone the opportunity to grow with the company
