Pros

Rhode Island Novelty is an excellent place to work. Although the company is very large, you still have the family feel that comes with working for a family company. The owner is extremely intelligent and friendly towards everyone who works for him. Those who work hard are rewarded and continually challenged to grow. It is very nice to work for a company with great employees and where you can see first hand the impact that your work has!

Cons

A few more holidays off would be good.
