Good location, good compensation compared to local competition.

Cons

Lack of convenient, affordable parking. (Cheapest is about $90/yr but is 15 min+ walk from most buildings; next-cheapest option is almost $1000/yr).

Very kind and easy going environment. Co-workers are very helpful Boss are all easy to communicate with.

Cons

Parking for employees must also pay. Some departments don't have a breakroom. Some of the uniform shirts are really ugly.
