Horrible work culture, upper management couldn't care less

Too much politics, leadership mostly has people with non-existent leadership skills, toxic work culture, excessive workload, no work-life balance, unresponsive and rude dean and office staff, pay increases are laughable, no career development guidance or resources, inadequate resources for faculty and staff, possibility of burnout, no one cares about the high turnover rate amongst staff because they are overworked and underpaid, even the faculty are paid as low as a private university possibly can with ludicrous annual increments and unreasonable workloads. The upper management think they can make decisions that affect everyone without even giving a second thought to its impacts and implications. Faculty would be leaving by the handfuls just like the staff if the faculty job search process was not a mess.
