Small inclusive environment, faculty are active and promote positive activities. Adjacency to the medical center provides many collaborative opportunities. Houston is a cheap city with a lot of amenities

Cons

Small environment means people can be gossipy, urban environment does mean there are robberies and break ins sometimes, Houston is incredibly hot in the summer
