Flexible hours, very important when a student with tests to take and essays to write. Get to know a little of what happens behind the scenes of a university.

Cons

No real downsides, since it's still a fairly small school you feel like you are making a difference.

Very friendly people on campus in general. Resources very good , funding very generous. Prestigious academics of course! Absolutely loving it.
