Pros

Most of the people here are pleasant to work with. Atmosphere is relaxed among the workers, thought not with management. Fortunately they don't get involved with the workers too often.

Cons

Wages are low, organization and communication are poor, morale is very low at the moment. It seems everyone is unhappy here and the high turnover rate is a good indicator of that. This job will work for short term to make ends meet, but definitely isn't career material.
