You are treated like a person, not a number. Management cares about the employees. In house café and workout facility.

Pros

Fun work environment - plenty of opportunities to learn new technology. Opportunity to travel 1-2 per year to other locations.

Cons

Hard to move up given the small group in IT. Pay is average. 401k matches were froze for some time, however they are now back.
