      Pros

      Decent Pay, exposed to a lot of different projects, friendly teammates.

      Cons

      No transparency, poor company communication. Limited adoption to new technology. Laptops are not provided, even to managers. Unnecessarily stressful. Incompetent managers as a result of being promoted with no proper training or mentor programs - sink or swim mentality. Biased management, favoritism. No account to bill against when collaborating with engineers. Run down office, unsanitary. Expected to work too many hours, buts in chairs attitude. Blaming or finger pointing when problems arise. Too non-confrontational.

      Pros

      Decent Pay and benefits, enjoyable peers, ok culture, but it’s nothing as advertised

      Cons

      Management is all over the place and doesn’t listen to their employees. IT department is a joke. Computers provided are horrendous and can’t run engineering software

      - Nice people - Hourly even as an engineering job - Don't have to clock in

      Cons

      - Extremely low wages for an engineer in San Diego - No signing bonus - Must work 1 year before being included in the yearly bonus system (profit sharing) - Benefits are mediocre
