      Family-oriented culture. Participation in volunteer work and company events.

      Cons

      Archaic processes - this is how we've always done it attitude. Lacking progressive means (specifically laptops for marketing staff). Not much marketing strategy - proposals often expected often within 24 hours and weeks after RFP/Q release. Favoritism

      Lead landscape architect is horrible and abusive. No one wants to work with her because she abuses and discriminates against employees. Needs new leadership.
