      Interesting niche market

      Pros

      Some of the people are really great to work with. Good insurance and benefits. The products are interested, and the Engineers are very talented.

      Cons

      Little to no work life balance, and everything is in a perpetual state of escalation in order to get anything done. (MAT leadership is crippling them.)

      Pros

      My office was family oriented, we loved our job and we all worked very hard together to get the job done.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, we were bought by MAT and they closed my office. Upper management was always in Michigan and they were never looking out for their employees, only for themselves.

      40 hour work weeks are the norm. You will also often get overtime.

      Cons

      They only hire temps. It takes years to get hired on full time.
