      Pros

      There are some very nice people but many of them do not stay here long.

      Cons

      Incompetent leadership at the directors level. Some of them do not have the basic knowledge of their responsible jobs. Few in key positions lack of proper management skill and technical problem solving ability. It is common to see people leaving. Management seems indifferent or does not know what to do. Abusive behavior by some leadership seems allowed by the top management.

      Pros

      Good pay, decent benefits, flexible with time but tasks still need to be accomplished (which is to be expected).

      Cons

      Leaders aren't empowered. There was a perpetual state of escalation to senior leadership so that they could drive everything by way of micromanagement. The parent company is almost exclusively about speed, and cost with quality as an after thought and from a quality perspective makes the job a never ending firefight.

      The company is very flexible.

      Cons

      Employees are running for the hills and we are not back filling the positions. Expect a minimal amount of paid holidays and an unreasonable vacation policy. Constantly more work to do and not enough employees to get the job done. Also, we are unwilling to allow enough or any overtime to complete projects on time.
