Work schedule is balanced and staff are provider centric Living in Ridgecrest is easy and enjoyable, close to many attractions and large cities that are within 1-3 hour driving distance.

Cons

Growing hospital system, still learning to be more efficient, but definitely heading in the right direction full steam ahead.

Pros

Takes less than 10 minutes to get to work, no traffic. Amazing community, very friendly and caring. Job advancement opportunities available, great place to grow. You can drive to the closest cities like LA.

Cons

Small town sometimes there isn’t a lot to do.

I have never seen a more Nurse Friendly CEO in my Career. He is understanding of the challenges that the Bedside Nurses face and is Open to suggestions . This is so imperative in Navigating these challenging times in Healthcare.

Cons

As in any organization there are challenges we face and have some room to grow but I believe we are on the right path .
