Pros

You and you’re clients become close like family and learn a lot of medical terminology

Cons

Hours a week can range from 0-40. It’s always different. I was promised 40 hours a week when I was hired and after my first month was done, they dropped tremendously. You also don’t get paid mileage unless it’s over 10 miles one way which is stupid.
