Good staffing ratio. Feel supported by superiors. Has a family feel to it. Good pay for low stress work. New clean hospital that is up to date.

Cons

Can be considered clicky. Many employees have known each other their entire life. Administration sometimes seems to play favorites with staff that were born and raised in Ridgecrest.
