Pros

It's a great place to start gaining experience and is one of the largest employers in town. Many great benefits.

Cons

The pay is lower than pay for the same jobs in the surrounding cities. There aren't many other issues.

Pros

The CEO is truly a visionary. He is brilliant, a true visionary. He is also very approachable and exhibits the highest level of integrity. He cares about the organization, all level of employees, the customers as well as the community. The staff (at all levels) are friendly, professional, caring and in a continual mode of self-improvement/learning to provide the highest level of care/customer service possible.

Cons

Because it is a small town in a remote area, it can be difficult to both attract/retain employees. This is not the big city, but it is definitely the place for those who are tired of a 2-3 hour commute to/from work and who desire a bit slower pace of life as well as friendly people.

Small hospital and easy load...they do have some great nurses there

Cons

Administration is AWFUL. Good nurses get screwed over and nurses that suck get away with a lot.
