      It is an employee owned company..

      Cons

      Have to use your own vehicle and the motus doesn’t justify purchasing new vehicles. Lower that average salaries. Operator union in Michigan is on strike against them.

      Pros

      Upper management very friendly to the employees. Go into very good detail when explaining something so you don't have to guess what they want. They try to get you involved in every aspect of the projects. Looks to be a very good company for upward growth. A very family oriented company to work for, they take work-life balance to heart here.

      Cons

      Lack in the technology area (still use paper time cards and scale drawings with a ruler). They could invest some money in that department. It would help with gathering information more quickly so more tasks could be taken on.
