      The company provides a culture where your work is appreciated, valued, and rewarded. Branches operate somewhat autonomous which provides for some local entrepreneurialism. Hard work and dedication pay off through the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

      There can be inconsistencies in the application of company policies and procedures between branch offices.

      Great place to work! Strong leadership, visionary business plan, solid financials and bonding - great people! The ESOP program is simply unbelievable!!

      Cons

      Consider allowing current employees to purchase additional shares of RR stock.
