I'm excited to be here! We all face tough situations at work, but when you take a step back from all the tough situations and tough days you have, you can clearly see your opportunity. When I take a step back here, I feel lucky and really excited to be here. Smart employees: learning from each other all the time Growth opportunities: fast moving company, lots of growth for company and self Caring managers and execs: lots of flexibility during COVID and WFH, keeping connected with a lot of townhalls, ability to take time off when needed

Changing priorities, so much work and not enough time, running so fast can cause stress, hard to "turn off" with all our goals
