      Good place to Grow

      Pros

      Truly has a culture where people matter. Lots of smart, experienced people mixed in with lots of smart, less experienced people who are eager and willing. No signs of toxic and anti-team behavior. 100% remote work.

      Cons

      Seems like there are some wounds from the past, but having joined recently there is no evidence of these now. Growing pains, as you would expect. Rapid growth and a complex business domain do lead to directional changes.

      Great opportunity, but leadership cannot recognize how to build successful, sustainable strategy

      Good collaboration, some high performing teams

      Cons

      Years spent building a tech platform that has never materialized, leaving the business to run on only human effort. A thankless culture. Lack of transparency across all management levels. Internal moves and promotions are done in a black box. Highly inexperience leaders
