It’s a startup. We try things that don’t work sometimes. We might try them again if the market changes later. This can be frustrating and appear like we are going in circles. But look back and you can see the progress. It’s a startup. It feels like every month, there’s a new big change to absorb. But it doesn’t usually change my local area or day to day. The leaders are transparent when change happens. I ask questions and I get answers which helps me adjust to changes. It’s a startup. We grow fast. There are lots of new people joining all the time. But we need the help so I welcome the new minds with fresh eyes.

Recommendations and ideas agreed upon in group setting will disappear into a vacuum or be taken without credit. Critical Management positions occupied by individuals with limited industry experience. Veterans in the company can seemingly do no wrong. Don’t be surprised if you have to wait 8 days for an email.
