Pros

- Solid office and food/perks - Smart, hard-working people

Cons

- Incompetent leadership - Multiple layoffs in the last year - Ousting of quality people by back-stabbing new-comers - Tenure at RigUp preferred to skill of incoming talent - Poor treatment of employees in good and bad times - Bad hiring practices (hiring for the wrong roles and then laying those roles off)

- Inspiring, Motivated, Intelligent C-levels, directors, and employees - Changing the industries it serves to better support the workforce and companies alike - Cares deeply about employees, but able to make the hard decisions for the business

- Growing pains but working through them with intense interest on improvement
