Smart, passionate, creative people who deeply care about each other and their customers Leadership is opne and honest My peers are supportive and care about me and our team mates My immediate upline are three of the best I have had in my career

Cons

Like all consulting firms, going through change and some recent downsizing but that has been the case in all the others as well.

Great parent company, great market opportunity, very nice colleagues. Definitely a feel good product and the kowledge you are helping people and companies

Cons

Poor strategy, no shared vsion, poor communication, cheap, splintered with much variation within company as to how things get done, poor technology tools
