Pros

Hybrid work! Work with talented Engineers

Cons

You don't have support from the management. Top sales run to the competitor. There are reasons. Tuesday meetings managers muted and talked behind people's backs. They said they care about employees but not paying parental leaves. 401k doesn't match. The engineer rate is 40% lower than the market.

Decent benefits for entry level AE.

Cons

Limited Engineering support and a demonstrated inability to execute on project deployments. Salary and Commission lag well behind industry peers because or "recoverable draw". Commission plan includes a recoverable draw that effectively reduces your base salary by $12K-$24K/year. 18 month non-compete is unreasonable and not in compliance with WA state law. History of litigating non-compete violations.
