Business Outlook
Pros
RSI makes it abundantly clear that they care about their employees. Not just their work performance, but about their personal life. RSI has done many things to help me out when I ran into unexpected events that made me think "Woah, they really care". I have had my mind blown with the care RSI gives to their employees, it is phenomenal!
Cons
The Lacey Office doesn't have nearly as fancy coffee machines as the Bellevue Office. But that's really only because this review requires 20 word minimum for the Con's section, otherwise No Cons.
