Pros

Good people, many started on support and move to other teams. No day is the same, a lot of questions from advisors tho. I like my team, everyone helps each other. Free food, parking is easy

Cons

Some days are very busy. You have to pay attention to the many updates for product, its a lot to remember

Lots of employee turnover- very few make it past a year.

Company is rapidly growing and making waves in the industry. Hybrid work schedule, no office dress code, everyone there is under 30 years old, team leads are very knowledgeable. If you can survive, you'll likely find yourself in a leadership role.

Cons

The high and difficult to reach employee standards and bad pay lead to huge rates of turnover (50+% every three months) which sorely contrasts with the fun work environment they like to advertise.
