Great opportunity for sales experience, but only if you put the work in!

Work from home 3 days a week, great company culture, leads provided, in-depth training, great management, awesome sales team.

Cons

Not a con, but if you want to be a successful SDR at RC, you need to be confident on the phones. Rejection is 90-95% of the job, but that is sales in a nutshell. If you lack motivation, this job isn't for you. Ask a lot of questions, don't be turned off by a "no", and hit your numbers!

work from home/hybrid, ok starting salary, great people, lunch every week, benefits are honestly very good

Cons

it's really just a cold calling position, you will be calling 120 people everyday, who do not want to talk to you whatsoever. You then have to strong-arm them into something they do not want to peruse at all. you learn a lot of skills that can advance you in your personal career but it is not something people stay at for a long time. there is growth but its not really great. You also get "unlimited PTO" which doesnt always feel that way
