Pros

Great place to start/learn about industry specifics. Hybrid WFH approach. One office meal 2x per week. Well established software company with lots of industry potential.

Cons

They have grown larger than a start-up, but still pay like a start up. More corporate policies/regulations make it less appealing. Different teams have drastically different leadership styles. People in management that should not be. Not in the market of retaining employees/knowledge/talent.
