Pros

Free snacks and drinks in office

Cons

Lack of proper resources causing other team members to be spread thin to bolster where there are gaps on projects. Respectfully put in my 2 week notice after working for the organization for 5 years, worked 8+ hours each day of those two weeks, and I still have not been paid for my final week despite multiple attempts at contacting HR. This should tell you what they really value.

Worst Job Experience Ever

Pros

The flexibility and casual environment.

Cons

While working 60+ hours a week, flexibility means nothing but being "ok" with working from 7am until 2am. I'm all for hard work, but at RP when they find those that will work hard, they keep you and suck you dry. Management lacks any ability to manage. Promises are made with rarely any follow-through. Some "leaders" are downright abusive and toxic, but remain in place because it's easier to turn a blind eye than finding true talent that can actually lead and motivate a team. Busy work. When working an insane number of hours there is no time for rudimentary and mundane reporting/processes that were put in place and made sense 8+ years ago.

Pros

Smart co-workers, fairly accessible management.

Cons

No recognition unless you're on a "cool" project. No investment in current employees -- always looking to hire from the outside rather than promote within. Insanely high utilization targets for consultants leads to high stress and virtually no time for training or career advancement. Career progression is a very low priority.
