Pros

People are very nice, benefits are great, pretty low-stress environment

Cons

Very nice people, but it is at the top of the worst-run companies I have every worked for. No MBA's at the executive level and client-side business experience is painfully thin throughout the org. We went without a CFO or CMO for ages - but had all sorts of other, odd C-level titles. Void of any clear strategy or direction. I can't tell you the number of times our tag-line (who we are, what we do) on the website just changed without any announcement or warning. If you're young and a "do-er", ie someone who'll be staffed on projects, there are worst spots to spend a few years. If you are mid-career or someone looking for real growth - this is not for you. You'll just find yourself among the ranks of stagnant middle-management in a company that is going to have a very difficult time growing.

Pros

I worked for Rightpoint through most of 2018. While I am no longer there, I wanted to share some of my experiences. I was employed at Rightpoint for 4+ years and during this time, I can confidently say that I saw the company grow up a lot. I enjoyed being a part of that. While I was there (and from what I am hearing from people I still keep in touch with), the company evolved in terms of the work that we did, the employees that the company attracted and the progress that was made on a number of internal initiatives that focused on people who are genuinely nice and care about doing good work. I was given an opportunity to advance my career and work with some great people. I got the sense that many of the people I worked for and those that worked with me on project teams generally had my back. The company is set up to focus on both the people and the clients. I think it was a great balance. I feel like the company tried to keep open lines of communication with everyone at the organization. This was important to me since I was not always in the office.

Cons

In regards to my last point on communication, I think that more can always be done in this department. The company does a good job of communicating through multiple channels. I think for me, I was looking for more of an experience with people across offices and if there was a way to tie the company together through some of the tools that would have been a nice touch. I did not have a chance to travel to other offices as much as I would like. I also understand that the company is trying to do work locally so not everyone can be traveling to different offices just because they want to.

Believe the low reviews

Pros

Started out great but definitely feels changed after the pandemic and after Genpact acquisition.

Cons

-For a company that’s based in Chicago and so many US offices they are heavily offshoring roles…think about what that means. -Notice how the positive reviews are coming from offshore offices too? Maybe if you want to live and work there, try it, but if you are a US based resource, believe the low reviews of how unorganized and unfair that place can be. -Some pretty average employees were promoted without really earning it. With inflated titles and even more inflated egos, the poor results and company earnings are showing, but they love to try and downplay it.
