Leadership in Manila was really bad. Supervisors are not following RTO, compliance and there were instances on sleeping them the whole shift.

Cons

Management, specially in the Philippines most of the leaders are sleeping and not following RTO compliance. Leaders are not compliant so what are they expecting to their subordinates. Leaders always missing in action and caught sleeping in the SQ the whole shift.
