I have been at RingCentral for more than 5 years in a Customer Success role. it's the most rewarding and challenging role to have in such an innovative company. Our CEO is very hands-on and passionate with our product roadmap and our employees. Appreciate the brilliance in this company and the desire to partner in our role, to ensure success for our customers. I would highly recommend working here and joining our passionate company!

Pros

The onboarding process at RingCentral is truly impressive. Through a combination of instructor led courses and in-depth, intense training modules during my first 3 months, I am prepared to contribute and make a real impact to our customers success and the bottom line. The culture here is amazing, very inclusive, and everyone really has your back. Lots of support from the top down. The product(s) are world class. RingCentral stands behind their 99.999 reliability with SLAs that are very rarely triggered, if at all. Overall, a great place to work!
