Smart employees, dynamic work environment, and plenty of advancement opportunities. If you’re not moving up within the company, then you’re not at a place where you’re ready to take on more responsibility. I know this may be hard for some people to accept, but reality hurts sometimes.
If you’re having trouble being promoted, I suggest you spend some time on self-improvement instead of writing bitter reviews on Glassdoor.
